About Aurélien Zachwalinski, CSCS

Aurélien is a Frenchman who fell in love with the strength world playing American Football. Several injuries and years later including two ACL reconstructions, he left the football fields for the iron and sweat of the gym, under the guidance of Christian Thibaudeau or John Meadows. Now a personal trainer as well as a high-level strength and conditioning coach with 10 years of experience in the fitness world, Aurélien fulfills his goal and passion: writing, helping others transform physically, get healthier, or reach their competitive goals.
