About Clinton Sills

Clinton is a retired international pro rugby player turned physique coach who, after over representing Australia on the world stage and being known as The Flash, added over 20kg of muscle to his frame after being forced into retirement due to injury.

After becoming a men's physique champion, he spent time learning from the world's leading physique coaches and muscular hypertrophy authorities such as Brad Schoenfeld, JPS Health & Fitness, Clean Health Fitness Institute, Rawdon Dubois, and Christian Thibaudeau. With his own experience and research in the field, combined with training over 500 men and women (in-person coaching) in the last 6 years, has provided him with the skillset & vision to help more men optimize physique development, shed fat, build muscle, and look ridiculously awesome without clothes on through his online business - The Muscle Lab.
